Terms and Conditions

1) Please read the following terms and conditions before choosing to rent a serviced apartment from Aashiyana.

  • Bookings can be made for all apartments with a minimum 1 night stay.
  • All rates are subject to change at any time. The rental rate varies depending on the duration of your stay
  • Rates are at the discretion of the management and are subject to changes as per seasonal trends

  • An after-hour’s duty manager is available for early or late check-ins and emergency calls.
  • Bookings are only tentatively confirmed until receiving 50% of your deposit payment and balance at the time of check-in.
  • For stays of up to 1 month, the amount payable is due in full.
  • For stays longer than 1 month, payments can be made in monthly installments. In the rare case that your choice of apartment is not available, The management reserves the right to provide alternative accomodation of similar standard.

2. Payment

Payments can be made either by Cash, Electronic Funds Transfer, Demand Draft or Direct Bank Deposits. Payment instructions will be conveyed by mail during the booking process.

3. Cancellation / Refund Policy

The Management will refund any prepaid amounts (less INR 1000/- administration fee) if the property can be re-booked for revised dates. If a substitute booking cannot be found, cancellation fees are as per the following schedule

Cancellations

Over 30 days before arrival

- full refund (less administration fee)

 

16 – 30 days before arrival

- 50% refund

 

0 - 15 days before arrival

- no refund

4. Cancellation by Aashiyana

The Management reserves the right to cancel any booking before or during your stay. Should this occur, you will either be provided a full refund for the remainder of your stay, or moved to an alternative apartment of a similar standard. If damages occur and/or the terms and conditions are breached, then the guest may be asked to leave. In this case, no refund will be provided and damage charges will be levied.

5. Booking Amendments

Amendments - for reduced stays once you have commenced your occupancy, no refund will be made if a substitute booking cannot be found.

Extensions - If you would like to extend your stay, 7 days notice must be given to take up the extension. If no notice is given to the office, we reserve the right to re-book the apartment. No guarantee for continuance of accomodation in the same apartment can be given.

6. Key Collection

For check-ins out of normal business hours, please phone the after-hours mobile number provided on your confirmation 1 hour prior to arrival to ensure a duty manager can meet you at the property with the keys and show you to your apartment.

7. Arrival / Departure

Check-in time is 12:00 noon and check out time is 1100 hrs unless alternative arrangements have been made with our office. For very early arrivals, we suggest booking from the night before to secure an early check-in.
